Author. Writer. Poet. Philosopher
My path into writing began at the age of nine, when I first discovered the magic of my grandmother’s old typewriter. What began as poems and fairy tales became the foundation of a lifelong passion for storytelling. As I grew, my writing became intertwined with the other forms of art—painting, music, dance, film and theatre. These influences shaped my creative voice, allowing me to see stories not just as words, but as living, breathing expressions of emotion and experience.
Storytelling, for me, is a fluid art. I don’t limit myself to one form, and instead, I allow each story to take the shape it needs. Whether it’s through the movement of dance, the silence between musical notes, or the visuals captured on film, each medium brings a new layer to the narrative. My writing reflects this, driven by intuition, deep emotion, and a desire to connect with others in ways that transcend words alone.
Each piece I create—whether on stage, through music, or captured on canvas—carries with it the energy of those early influences. It’s a celebration of the stories that live inside all of us, waiting to be told.

Languages
Between Worlds
I was born into a family of many languages.
My mother speaks Moldovan, Romanian, Italian, Russian and Armenian. She learned Armenian when she fell in love with my Father.
His name was Robert, he knew Armenian, English, French, German, and Russian.
He was the first person who taught me how to read and write in English—starting when I was just four years old. By the time I turned seven, we began studying French together. I had a basic grasp back then, and years later, I returned to the language again—this time, with a French friend.
German was the second language my father studied. He lived in Germany and played drums in a rock band there. I picked up the basics, mostly through laughter and playful banter. German became our language for jokes. Thank you, Papa.
Moldovan, Romanian, Armenian, and Russian are my native languages. I never formally studied Armenian or Moldovan, but I can speak them — I may sound funny, but I still try. Armenians laugh when I speak, and I’m glad I can make them happy.
We also have distant Italian and French roots. Maybe that’s why I feel so at home with those languages, even when I’m just learning or revisiting them.
English is always in practice—I live in English-speaking countries now, and it’s the language I use most when I write. Both British and American accents come naturally to me.
Sometimes I practice French, Italian, and Spanish—depending on where I am, who I’m with, or what I’m writing.
Language in Life
I’ve lived and used languages in real time—on the streets, while traveling, in conversations, in everyday life—while in France, Italy, and Spain.
Spanish is something I still practice from time to time with my sister and my Latino friends from around the world. My sister has a deep love for Spanish culture, and it’s something we share.
I’ve learned one thing about language over time: if you don’t practice, you lose it—at least 50% of it.
And every language I know feels tied to emotion, memory, and rhythm.
I use Armenian when I want to swear—it sounds like casting a powerful, ancient spell.
I use German for jokes—because it reminds me of my father and his creative spirit.

Writing Between Worlds
Language shaped me as a writer.
It gave me rhythm. Nuance. Sensitivity to emotion.
It taught me how meaning shifts with breath, silence, and context—how a story can live in one language and transform completely in another.
Every time I write, I’m moving between worlds—translating not just words, but memory, emotion, energy, and everything in between.
