Theatre

Kristal Duval is a versatile actress with a background in film and theater. She has a wide range of experience in performing arts, including short films, TV, Youth Theater, Puppet Theater, Dance Theater, and Musical Theater. About 100 roles in Theater.

The stage has been my home for as long as I can remember. As a theatre actress, director, producer, and playwright, I’ve had the privilege of performing nearly 100 roles across Youth Theatre, Puppet Theatre, Dance Theatre, and Musical Theatre. From experimental works to classic plays and surreal physical pieces, I bring depth, movement, and an undeniable presence to each role.

Surrounded by a family of artists, musicians, and writers, creativity was the foundation of my world. Imagination was the air I breathed. Theatre became my first space where movement, imagery, emotion, and character came together in a way that felt like magic. From staging outdoor performances to bringing puppet characters to life, I started to explore how stories could be felt—not just told.

This foundation continues to shape everything I create today. For me, the stage is more than just a place to perform; it’s a space for transformation. I don’t just act; I live each role. Every character I portray is an opportunity to explore deeper truths, to reveal what’s hidden, and to hold space for something real. Whether I’m writing, producing, or performing, my work in theatre is driven by presence, curiosity, and the need to tell stories that move and awaken.
